Cool dogs!
Saturday, May 26th at Furman University!
We are pleased to announce the Fourth Border Collie Invitationals to be held at the Greenville Scottish Games. These participants are all American Border Collie Association registered dogs and will be among the finest teams in the East. It will be a rare treat to watch handlers and their teams of this caliber demonstrate their skills; the level of performance will be extraordinary.
This year, we're keeping the sheep shearing demonstrations (we're not sure if the shearer has to catch the sheep or he has his dogs do it). We will also watch the dogs herd ducks through an obstacle course, a task many mothers of small children may relate to!
The Demonstrations will begin at 9:00 AM, with the first session lasting until 12:00. The afternoon session will run from 1:00 until 4:00. Bill Coburn, owner of Windy Knoll Farms, is the Event Organizer.
